▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the parallel beam load cell is based on the elastic deformation of the elastomer and the variation of the resistance strain gauge. When an external force is applied to the sensor, the elastomer (sensitive beam) undergoes elastic deformation, causing the resistance strain gauge attached to its surface to deform as well. The resistance of the strain gauge changes (increases or decreases), and this change is converted into an electrical signal (voltage or current) through the corresponding measurement circuit, thereby completing the process of converting external force into an electrical signal.
